水壓力傳感器工作原理
水壓力傳感器是采用進口擴散矽或陶瓷芯體作為壓力檢測元件,輸出原始信號,傳感器原始信號經高性能電子放大器轉換成0-10VDC或4-20mA統(tong)一(yi)輸(shu)出(chu)信(xin)號(hao),然(ran)後(hou)將(jiang)信(xin)號(hao)傳(chuan)送(song)到(dao)供(gong)水(shui)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)變(bian)頻(pin)或(huo)儀(yi)器(qi)儀(yi)表(biao)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)供(gong)水(shui)壓(ya)力(li)。壓(ya)力(li)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)一(yi)般(ban)安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)供(gong)水(shui)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)水(shui)管(guan)道(dao)上(shang),要(yao)利(li)用(yong)三(san)通(tong)閥(fa)進(jin)行(xing)安(an)裝(zhuang),如(ru)果(guo)是(shi)容(rong)器(qi)則(ze)可(ke)以(yi)利(li)用(yong)兩(liang)通(tong)閥(fa)進(jin)行(xing)安(an)裝(zhuang)。水(shui)壓(ya)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)芯(xin)體(ti)通(tong)常(chang)選(xuan)用(yong)擴(kuo)散(san)矽(gui),工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)是(shi)被(bei)測(ce)水(shui)壓(ya)的(de)壓(ya)力(li)直(zhi)接(jie)作(zuo)用(yong)於(yu)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)膜(mo)片(pian)上(shang),使(shi)膜(mo)片(pian)產(chan)生(sheng)與(yu)水(shui)壓(ya)成(cheng)正(zheng)比(bi)的(de)微(wei)位(wei)移(yi),使(shi)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化(hua),和(he)用(yong)電(dian)子(zi)線(xian)路(lu)檢(jian)測(ce)這(zhe)一(yi)變(bian)化(hua),並(bing)轉(zhuan)換(huan)輸(shu)出(chu)一(yi)個(ge)相(xiang)對(dui)應(ying)壓(ya)力(li)的(de)標(biao)準(zhun)測(ce)量(liang)信(xin)號(hao)。

水(shui)壓(ya)力(li)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)在(zai)變(bian)頻(pin)供(gong)水(shui)設(she)備(bei)的(de)基(ji)本(ben)工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)是(shi)根(gen)據(ju)用(yong)戶(hu)用(yong)水(shui)量(liang)變(bian)化(hua)自(zi)動(dong)調(tiao)節(jie)運(yun)行(xing)水(shui)泵(beng)台(tai)數(shu)和(he)一(yi)台(tai)水(shui)泵(beng)轉(zhuan)速(su),使(shi)水(shui)泵(beng)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)保(bao)持(chi)恒(heng)定(ding)。當(dang)用(yong)戶(hu)用(yong)水(shui)量(liang)小(xiao)於(yu)一(yi)台(tai)水(shui)泵(beng)出(chu)水(shui)量(liang)是(shi),係(xi)統(tong)根(gen)據(ju)用(yong)水(shui)量(liang)變(bian)化(hua)有(you)一(yi)台(tai)水(shui)泵(beng)變(bian)頻(pin)調(tiao)速(su)運(yun)行(xing),當(dang)用(yong)水(shui)量(liang)增(zeng)加(jia)時(shi)管(guan)道(dao)係(xi)統(tong)內(nei)壓(ya)力(li)下(xia)降(jiang),這(zhe)時(shi)壓(ya)力(li)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)把(ba)檢(jian)測(ce)到(dao)的(de)信(xin)號(hao)傳(chuan)送(song)給(gei)微(wei)機(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)單(dan)元(yuan),通(tong)過(guo)微(wei)機(ji)運(yun)行(xing)判(pan)斷(duan),發(fa)出(chu)指(zhi)令(ling)到(dao)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi),控(kong)製(zhi)水(shui)泵(beng)電(dian)機(ji),使(shi)轉(zhuan)速(su)加(jia)快(kuai)以(yi)保(bao)證(zheng)係(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)力(li)恒(heng)定(ding),反(fan)之(zhi)當(dang)用(yong)水(shui)量(liang)減(jian)少(shao)時(shi),使(shi)水(shui)泵(beng)轉(zhuan)速(su)減(jian)慢(man),以(yi)保(bao)持(chi)恒(heng)壓(ya)。當(dang)用(yong)水(shui)量(liang)大(da)於(yu)一(yi)台(tai)泵(beng)出(chu)水(shui)時(shi),第(di)一(yi)台(tai)泵(beng)切(qie)換(huan)到(dao)工(gong)頻(pin)運(yun)行(xing),第(di)二(er)台(tai)泵(beng)開(kai)始(shi)變(bian)頻(pin)調(tiao)速(su)運(yun)行(xing),當(dang)用(yong)水(shui)量(liang)小(xiao)於(yu)兩(liang)台(tai)泵(beng)出(chu)水(shui)量(liang)時(shi),能(neng)自(zi)動(dong)停(ting)止(zhi)一(yi)台(tai)或(huo)二(er)台(tai)泵(beng)運(yun)行(xing)。在(zai)整(zheng)個(ge)運(yun)行(xing)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),始(shi)終(zhong)保(bao)持(chi)係(xi)統(tong)恒(heng)壓(ya)不(bu)變(bian),使(shi)水(shui)泵(beng)始(shi)終(zhong)工(gong)作(zuo)在(zai)高(gao)校(xiao)區(qu),既(ji)保(bao)證(zheng)用(yong)戶(hu)恒(heng)壓(ya)供(gong)水(shui),又(you)節(jie)省(sheng)電(dian)能(neng)。設(she)備(bei)不(bu)需(xu)配(pei)備(bei)專(zhuan)職(zhi)操(cao)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)。
