大師級別DIY:巧用廢舊電機改裝成風力發電機

一、電動自行車的電動機簡介
目mu前qian電dian動dong自zi行xing車che使shi用yong的de都dou是shi直zhi流liu旋xuan轉zhuan式shi電dian動dong機ji。根gen據ju其qi磁ci場chang產chan生sheng的de不bu同tong方fang式shi,可ke分fen為wei勵li磁ci式shi電dian動dong機ji和he永yong磁ci式shi電dian動dong機ji二er種zhong類lei型xing。直zhi流liu勵li磁ci式shi電dian動dong機ji的de磁ci場chang由you線圈繞組產生,其特點是過載能力強,輸出功率大,常用在電動三輪車等較大功率設備上:直zhi流liu永yong磁ci式shi電dian動dong機ji的de磁ci場chang由you永yong磁ci體ti產chan生sheng,由you於yu無wu需xu繞rao組zu勵li磁ci,這zhe樣yang就jiu省sheng去qu了le勵li磁ci繞rao組zu工gong作zuo時shi消xiao耗hao的de電dian能neng,提ti高gao了le電dian動dong機ji的de轉zhuan換huan效xiao率lv。所suo以yi直zhi流liu永yong磁ci式shi電dian動dong機ji被bei電dian動dong自zi行xing車che普pu遍bian采cai用yong,也ye是shi我wo們men改gai裝zhuang小xiao型xing風feng力li發fa電dian機ji的de首shou選xuan。
為了使電機能保持單向旋轉,必須使直流電機通過平衡點時電流要變換方向,通常有兩種方法:一是用機械式換向器(電刷)laigaibiandianshuxianquantongguopinghengweizhishidedianliufangxiang,ershitongguodianzikaiguandianlulaiqiehuandianshuxianquantongguopinghengweizhishidedianliufangxiang,tongchangchengqianzheweizhiliuyoushuadianji,chenghouzheweizhiliuwushuadianji。zaizhiliuyoushuadianjizhongcigangzuoweidingzi,xianquanraozuzuoweizhuanzi,zaizhuanzishangzhuangyouhuanxiangqi,xianquanraozulianjiezaihuanxiangqishang,youhuanxiangqijingdianshuayuwaibudianyuanxianglian,suizhediandongjizhuanzizhuandongshi,dianjiraozuxianquanjiaotiyudianyuandezhengfujixianglian,congerwanchengraozuxianquandianliudehuanxiang,shidianjichixudanfangxiangxuanzhuan。zhiliuwushuadianjizhongcigangweizhuanzi,xianquanraozuzuoweidingzi,dingzixianquanyousange,zaikongjianshangjunyunfenbuderaozuzucheng,dangtongruxianquandedianliuzaiweizhichuanganqihedianzikaiguandexianghuzuoyongxiashunciqiehuanshi,jiuhuichanshengxuanzhuancichang,congerqudongzhuanzidanxiangxuanzhuan。
二、永磁發電機的改裝及注意事項
根gen據ju法fa拉la弟di電dian磁ci感gan應ying原yuan理li,閉bi合he線xian圈quan在zai磁ci場chang中zhong切qie割ge磁ci力li線xian就jiu會hui產chan生sheng感gan應ying電dian流liu,在zai電dian動dong自zi行xing車che中zhong所suo用yong的de電dian動dong機ji均jun為wei永yong磁ci式shi電dian動dong機ji,這zhe就jiu有you了le一yi個ge恒heng定ding的de磁ci場chang,而er電dian動dong機ji繞rao組zu即ji是shi一yi個ge閉bi合he的de線xian圈quan,這zhe時shi隻zhi要yao電dian機ji的de轉zhuan子zi與yu定ding子zi間jian有you相xiang對dui運yun動dong,在zai繞rao組zu線xian圈quan中zhong就jiu會hui產chan生sheng感gan應ying電dian流liu,由you於yu結jie構gou的de差cha異yi,有you刷shua電dian機ji和he無wu刷shua電dian機ji的de改gai裝zhuang方fang法fa略lve有you不bu同tong,現xian簡jian述shu如ru下xia:

1.直流有刷電機:
可ke直zhi接jie充chong當dang發fa電dian機ji使shi用yong,此ci時shi輸shu出chu的de就jiu是shi直zhi流liu電dian,但dan轉zhuan子zi旋xuan轉zhuan的de方fang向xiang不bu同tong,則ze輸shu出chu電dian壓ya的de正zheng負fu極ji性xing也ye會hui相xiang反fan,為wei了le使shi發fa電dian機ji輸shu出chu電dian壓ya的de極ji性xing保bao持chi恒heng定ding,可ke在zai電dian壓ya的de輸shu出chu端duan加jia接jie一yi個ge橋qiao式shi整zheng流liu電dian路lu,這zhe樣yang無wu論lun發fa電dian機ji輸shu出chu的de極ji性xing如ru何he,均jun可ke保bao證zheng輸shu出chu端duan的de極ji性xing始shi終zhong恒heng定ding。
為了使發電機輸出盡可能多的電能,應使葉片正對風向,製作時可在風力發電機的尾部加裝一個導向舵(如上圖所示),ruofenglifadianjiweinengzhengduifengxiang,zedaoxiangduoduomianerceshoulibudeng,qizhongduifengdeyiceshoulida,beifengdeyiceshoulixiao,tongshiyouyudaoxiangduodeshoufengmianjiaoda,zaifenglidezuoyongxiahuishizhenggefenglifadianjichanshengzhuandong,zhizhidaoxiangduopingmianyufengxiangpingxing,duomianerceshoulijundeng,dangrancishifenglifadianjideyepianganghaozhengduifengxiang,jiangyeshoufengmianzuida,quebaolefadianjishuchudedianyazuida,shuchudiannengdexiaolvyezuigao。
由於風力的大小往往並不恒定,同時根據所選用直流有刷電機的不同電壓等級,如24V、36V、48V等deng,電dian機ji輸shu出chu的de電dian壓ya會hui有you所suo不bu同tong,實shi際ji應ying用yong中zhong要yao以yi測ce量liang到dao的de輸shu出chu電dian壓ya為wei準zhun。因yin為wei改gai裝zhuang選xuan用yong的de是shi電dian動dong自zi行xing車che的de廢fei舊jiu電dian動dong機ji,有you些xie電dian機ji可ke能neng會hui有you不bu同tong程cheng度du的de損sun壞huai,根gen據ju筆bi者zhe改gai裝zhuang的de經jing驗yan,直zhi流liu有you刷shua電dian動dong機ji繞rao組zu線xian圈quan較jiao少shao出chu現xian問wen題ti,絕jue大da部bu分fen是shi電dian刷shua和he換huan向xiang器qi損sun壞huai,因yin為wei電dian刷shua和he換huan向xiang器qi工gong作zuo時shi處chu於yu摩mo擦ca狀zhuang態tai,長chang期qi工gong作zuo後hou,電dian刷shua會hui磨mo損sun,換huan向xiang器qi會hui出chu現xian燒shao蝕shi,汙wu損sun等deng現xian象xiang,如ru果guo換huan向xiang器qi燒shao蝕shi不bu嚴yan重zhong,可ke用yong細xi砂sha紙zhi打da磨mo換huan向xiang器qi並bing更geng換huan電dian刷shua即ji可ke正zheng常chang工gong作zuo,如ru果guo電dian刷shua,換huan向xiang器qi磨mo損sun嚴yan重zhong無wu法fa修xiu複fu,這zhe時shi幹gan脆cui去qu掉diao電dian刷shua,不bu用yong電dian刷shua,斷duan開kai換huan向xiang器qi上shang任ren意yi一yi處chu,引yin出chu兩liang根gen線xian作zuo為wei輸shu出chu線xian,即ji可ke使shi用yong,不bu過guo這zhe時shi輸shu出chu的de電dian流liu不bu再zai是shi直zhi流liu而er是shi交jiao流liu,其qi頻pin率lv、電壓會隨著電機旋轉的的速度變化而變化,但經整流、濾波後,即可變為較平穩的直流電。

直zhi流liu無wu刷shua電dian機ji的de改gai裝zhuang要yao簡jian單dan得de多duo,隻zhi要yao從cong輸shu出chu的de八ba根gen線xian中zhong找zhao出chu繞rao組zu線xian圈quan的de三san根gen引yin線xian即ji可ke,通tong常chang輸shu出chu的de八ba根gen線xian中zhong有you五wu根gen細xi線xian,其qi中zhong一yi紅hong一yi黑hei兩liang根gen線xian是shi霍huo爾er位wei置zhi傳chuan感gan器qi的de電dian源yuan輸shu入ru線xian;另(ling)三(san)根(gen)是(shi)霍(huo)爾(er)位(wei)置(zhi)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)信(xin)號(hao)輸(shu)出(chu)線(xian),控(kong)製(zhi)電(dian)子(zi)開(kai)關(guan)適(shi)時(shi)為(wei)三(san)個(ge)繞(rao)組(zu)線(xian)圈(quan)提(ti)供(gong)電(dian)源(yuan),產(chan)生(sheng)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)磁(ci)場(chang),驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)轉(zhuan)動(dong),這(zhe)五(wu)根(gen)線(xian)在(zai)改(gai)裝(zhuang)中(zhong)沒(mei)有(you)作(zuo)用(yong),可(ke)包(bao)好(hao)接(jie)頭(tou)放(fang)在(zai)一(yi)邊(bian),無(wu)需(xu)理(li)會(hui)。另(ling)三(san)根(gen)粗(cu)線(xian)即(ji)是(shi)我(wo)們(men)需(xu)要(yao)的(de)繞(rao)組(zu)線(xian)圈(quan)輸(shu)出(chu)線(xian),直(zhi)流(liu)無(wu)刷(shua)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)三(san)相(xiang)繞(rao)組(zu)線(xian)圈(quan)采(cai)用(yong)星(xing)形(xing)連(lian)接(jie),當(dang)轉(zhuan)子(zi)磁(ci)鋼(gang)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)時(shi),繞(rao)組(zu)線(xian)圈(quan)輸(shu)出(chu)的(de)是(shi)三(san)相(xiang)交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)。
經三相整流、lvbohou,bianweijiaopingwendezhiliudianjikeshiyong。zaigaizhuangdeguochengzhongbizhefaxiancigangtuoluoyeshidiandongzixingchefeijiudiandongjidechangjianguzhang,yingaizhongdiandongjigongzuohuanjingelie,zaiyutianjichaoshihuanjingzhongshiyong,jiyishouchaoerzhishengxiu。shengchengdetiexiuzaiciganghezhijiazhijianpengzhang,chengkaicigang,shicigangtuoluohuoyiwei。zaochengdiandongjidingziyuzhuanzihuxiangmoca(俗稱掃鏜),從而使電動機不能正常工作。這時可打開電機端蓋,找出脫落或移位的磁鋼,清理殘餘的樹脂膠和鐵鏽,用AB膠jiao重zhong新xin粘zhan牢lao磁ci鋼gang,粘zhan接jie時shi應ying注zhu意yi按an原yuan來lai的de方fang向xiang校xiao正zheng好hao磁ci鋼gang的de位wei置zhi,要yao求qiu與yu其qi它ta磁ci鋼gang麵mian平ping整zheng一yi致zhi,待dai固gu化hua後hou裝zhuang配pei好hao電dian機ji,即ji可ke恢hui複fu使shi用yong。改gai裝zhuang好hao的de風feng力li發fa電dian機ji用yong手shou旋xuan轉zhuan轉zhuan子zi時shi,用yong電dian壓ya表biao在zai輸shu出chu端duan應ying測ce到dao相xiang應ying的de輸shu出chu電dian壓ya,這zhe時shi一yi台tai永yong磁ci式shi發fa電dian機ji就jiu改gai裝zhuang成cheng功gong了le。

三、電壓調節器
由(you)於(yu)風(feng)力(li)的(de)大(da)小(xiao)通(tong)常(chang)是(shi)不(bu)確(que)定(ding)的(de),所(suo)以(yi)風(feng)力(li)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)發(fa)出(chu)來(lai)的(de)電(dian)往(wang)往(wang)也(ye)是(shi)不(bu)穩(wen)定(ding)的(de),會(hui)隨(sui)風(feng)力(li)的(de)變(bian)化(hua)而(er)變(bian)化(hua),這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)電(dian)源(yuan)是(shi)不(bu)能(neng)實(shi)際(ji)使(shi)用(yong)的(de),為(wei)此(ci)筆(bi)者(zhe)從(cong)市(shi)場(chang)上(shang)購(gou)買(mai)了(le)一(yi)隻(zhi)開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan),進(jin)行(xing)了(le)簡(jian)單(dan)的(de)改(gai)造(zao),由(you)於(yu)開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)輸(shu)入(ru)電(dian)壓(ya)範(fan)圍(wei)大(da)、轉換效率高、輸出功率大、shuchudianyawending,suoyishizuofenglifadianjidianyatiaojieqijiaolixiangdexuanze,dangranduzhepengyoumenyekeyilingxingshejidianyatiaojieqi,shifenglifadianjishuchudedianyazaiguidingdefanweibaochihengding。
四、安裝調試步驟及實例

fadianjigaizaowanbihou,jiuyinggaigeigaizhuanghaodefenglifadianjizhuangshangheshideyepianle,bizhexuanyongdeshidaxingpaifengshandesangeyepianzuojiangye,youyuxianzaidediandongzixingchedoushidianjihelungulianzaiyiqide,zheyanggeigaizhuangdailaijidadefangbian,jiangsangeyepiankongjianshangbicixiangge1200,分別固定在輪轂上即可(見上圖)。在電機的後部裝上一個導向舵,再在電機的下部裝上一根轉動軸,套上一段合適的金屬管,使其在外力作用下可以自由轉動(見下圖)0把(ba)改(gai)裝(zhuang)好(hao)的(de)風(feng)力(li)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)固(gu)定(ding)在(zai)塔(ta)台(tai)上(shang)。高(gao)度(du)應(ying)適(shi)當(dang)高(gao)一(yi)些(xie),槳(jiang)葉(ye)絕(jue)不(bu)能(neng)觸(chu)接(jie)到(dao)地(di)麵(mian)上(shang)的(de)人(ren)和(he)物(wu),至(zhi)此(ci)一(yi)台(tai)風(feng)力(li)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)改(gai)製(zhi)安(an)裝(zhuang)完(wan)成(cheng),即(ji)可(ke)試(shi)轉(zhuan)發(fa)電(dian)。

筆者選用的是一台300W/36V的直流永磁無刷電動機改裝的風力發電機,在一般風力(3—4級,4~7.5米/秒)的情況下,發電機可輸出大約為20V的交流電壓,經電壓調節器整流穩壓後,可輸出16V/IA左右的直流電給12V的蓄電池充電。近期,筆者為附近地區漁民已成功改裝多台風力發電機,使用效果一直較好。
