新手進階必備:開關電源假負載的種種問題

與優點相比,缺點也是非常明顯的,主要體現在電阻的問題上,例如60W的燈泡其熱態電阻為500Q,而冷態電阻卻隻有50Ω左右。假設電源主電壓輸出為100V,當用60W燈泡作假負載時,電源工作時的電流為200mA,但啟動時的主負載電流卻達到了2A,是正常工作電流的10bei,yinci,yongdengpaozuojiafuzai,yishidianyuanqidongkunnan,youyudengpaogonglvyueda,lengtaidianzuyuexiao,yinci,dagonglvdengpaoqidongdianliugengda,dianyuanqidonggengkunnan。
計算電源的啟動電流與工作電流時,可以利用I=U/R這個公式計算出:電源啟動時負載電流為100V/50Ω=2A,電源工作時負載電流為100V/500Ω=0.2A。不過需要注意的是:以上為理論計算,實際可能有出入。為了減小啟動電流,可采用50W的電烙鐵作假負載(冷熱態阻值均為900Ω)或50W/300Ω電阻,它比使用60W燈泡更為準確。
有些電源是可以直接接假負載的,有些電源則不可以,需要具體問題具體分析,下麵按3類情況詳解下。

第(di)三(san)類(lei)為(wei)行(xing)脈(mai)衝(chong)輔(fu)助(zhu)激(ji)勵(li)的(de)開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan)。這(zhe)種(zhong)開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)行(xing)逆(ni)程(cheng)脈(mai)衝(chong),不(bu)但(dan)完(wan)成(cheng)對(dui)開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan)自(zi)激(ji)振(zhen)蕩(dang)頻(pin)率(lv)的(de)同(tong)步(bu),而(er)且(qie)構(gou)成(cheng)開(kai)關(guan)管(guan)反(fan)饋(kui)網(wang)絡(luo)不(bu)可(ke)缺(que)少(shao)的(de)一(yi)部(bu)分(fen)。這(zhe)種(zhong)開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)是(shi):開機後開關管產生自激振蕩,在額定負載下其反饋網絡隻能使輸出端產生低於正常輸出40%的電壓,此電壓使行掃描啟動,由行脈衝的反饋給開關管以輔助激勵,才能達到額定電壓輸出。
這樣做有兩個目的:一是有降壓保護功能,一旦行掃描電路有故障,無論開路還是短路,開關電源輸出電壓都降為原值的60%,使(shi)損(sun)壞(huai)範(fan)圍(wei)縮(suo)小(xiao)。二(er)是(shi)電(dian)源(yuan)和(he)行(xing)掃(sao)描(miao)都(dou)具(ju)有(you)極(ji)短(duan)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)軟(ruan)啟(qi)動(dong)過(guo)程(cheng),減(jian)小(xiao)電(dian)源(yuan)和(he)行(xing)掃(sao)描(miao)的(de)故(gu)障(zhang)率(lv)。此(ci)類(lei)電(dian)源(yuan),若(ruo)去(qu)掉(diao)反(fan)饋(kui)的(de)行(xing)脈(mai)衝(chong)電(dian)路(lu),此(ci)時(shi)電(dian)源(yuan)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)下(xia)降(jiang)40%~60%,甚(shen)至(zhi)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)很(hen)低(di)。很(hen)明(ming)顯(xian),這(zhe)種(zhong)電(dian)源(yuan)不(bu)能(neng)直(zhi)接(jie)斷(duan)開(kai)行(xing)掃(sao)描(miao)用(yong)假(jia)負(fu)載(zai)法(fa)檢(jian)修(xiu),因(yin)為(wei)此(ci)時(shi)即(ji)使(shi)電(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)路(lu)正(zheng)常(chang),也(ye)不(bu)可(ke)能(neng)輸(shu)出(chu)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)。區(qu)分(fen)電(dian)源(yuan)和(he)行(xing)掃(sao)描(miao)電(dian)路(lu)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)用(yong)外(wai)接(jie)電(dian)源(yuan)單(dan)獨(du)給(gei)行(xing)掃(sao)描(miao)電(dian)路(lu)供(gong)電(dian),若(ruo)行(xing)掃(sao)描(miao)電(dian)路(lu)工(gong)作(zuo)正(zheng)常(chang),說(shuo)明(ming)開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan)不(bu)良(liang)。
