淺談顯示器的抗電磁幹擾設計

2、對顯示器的視頻電路係統采用必要的屏蔽措施,防止外部高頻輻射對顯示器的畫麵造成的視覺影響(如微細白點與網紋幹擾)。最(zui)簡(jian)單(dan)和(he)直(zhi)接(jie)的(de)辦(ban)法(fa)就(jiu)是(shi)采(cai)用(yong)金(jin)屬(shu)罩(zhao)屏(ping)蔽(bi)。屏(ping)蔽(bi)罩(zhao)的(de)接(jie)地(di)點(dian),宜(yi)采(cai)用(yong)螺(luo)絲(si)緊(jin)固(gu)接(jie)地(di)或(huo)者(zhe)采(cai)用(yong)導(dao)電(dian)性(xing)能(neng)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)短(duan)導(dao)線(xian)接(jie)地(di)。此(ci)外(wai),線(xian)路(lu)的(de)布(bu)線(xian)應(ying)力(li)求(qiu)不(bu)引(yin)入(ru)輻(fu)射(she)幹(gan)擾(rao),為(wei)此(ci)需(xu)要(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)的(de)因(yin)素(su)雖(sui)較(jiao)多(duo),但(dan)盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)不(bu)讓(rang)線(xian)路(lu)容(rong)易(yi)形(xing)成(cheng)幹(gan)擾(rao)耦(ou)合(he)通(tong)道(dao)。
3、對顯示器接地點進行認真分析,尋找最佳接地點,使幹擾信號通過最短的接地路徑得以旁路。線路設計時,對顯示器各部分接地點位置、係(xi)統(tong)接(jie)地(di)點(dian)數(shu)目(mu)都(dou)要(yao)做(zuo)十(shi)分(fen)認(ren)真(zhen)的(de)考(kao)慮(lv)。接(jie)地(di)平(ping)麵(mian)與(yu)布(bu)線(xian)間(jian)應(ying)有(you)大(da)的(de)分(fen)布(bu)電(dian)容(rong),而(er)接(jie)地(di)引(yin)線(xian)電(dian)感(gan)一(yi)定(ding)要(yao)小(xiao),總(zong)之(zhi),要(yao)盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)減(jian)少(shao)接(jie)地(di)點(dian)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)電(dian)位(wei)差(cha),使(shi)地(di)線(xian)、地參考平麵的寄生電壓、電(dian)流(liu)不(bu)能(neng)耦(ou)合(he)進(jin)入(ru)電(dian)路(lu),並(bing)且(qie)不(bu)影(ying)響(xiang)濾(lv)波(bo)網(wang)絡(luo)的(de)性(xing)能(neng)。顯(xian)示(shi)器(qi)的(de)印(yin)刷(shua)電(dian)路(lu)板(ban)目(mu)前(qian)多(duo)采(cai)用(yong)單(dan)層(ceng)板(ban),在(zai)這(zhe)種(zhong)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),布(bu)線(xian)時(shi)應(ying)使(shi)電(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)靠(kao)近(jin)地(di)線(xian),以(yi)減(jian)小(xiao)電(dian)路(lu)的(de)交(jiao)擾(rao)。
4、對顯示器的開關電源次級續流回路中,加強對高頻狀態下續流管導通/截止的瞬間容易產生的尖峰脈衝采用高特征頻率的RC濾波網絡進行吸收,這樣即使存在大量的尖峰幹擾脈衝,亦能被有效地抑製。
