計算機控製係統防雷的中心議題:
雷(lei)電(dian)災(zai)害(hai)是(shi)自(zi)然(ran)界(jie)存(cun)在(zai)的(de)災(zai)害(hai)之(zhi)一(yi),其(qi)在(zai)瞬(shun)間(jian)釋(shi)放(fang)的(de)強(qiang)大(da)脈(mai)衝(chong)電(dian)流(liu)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)巨(ju)大(da)的(de)能(neng)量(liang),並(bing)會(hui)誘(you)發(fa)脈(mai)衝(chong)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)或(huo)過(guo)電(dian)流(liu),從(cong)而(er)導(dao)致(zhi)嚴(yan)重(zhong)後(hou)果(guo)。因(yin)此(ci)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)子(zi)係(xi)統(tong)需(xu)要(yao)加(jia)強(qiang)對(dui)雷(lei)電(dian)的(de)防(fang)護(hu)措(cuo)施(shi)。文(wen)中(zhong)討(tao)論(lun)了(le)雷(lei)電(dian)電(dian)擊(ji)對(dui)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)產(chan)生(sheng)危(wei)害(hai)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin),分(fen)析(xi)了(le)雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)侵(qin)入(ru)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)途(tu)徑(jing),並(bing)提(ti)出(chu)相(xiang)關(guan)的(de)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)防(fang)雷(lei)措(cuo)施(shi)。
1 雷電對控製係統產生危害的原因
雷擊對計算機控製係統造成危害的主要原因有:
(1)dianyuanjiedicunzaiyidingdequexian,jifangdedixianheqisuokongzhidefanweiweichuyutongyidi,erzhejianxingchengdianweicha,ruguoshoudaoleijigaiquexianbiaoxiangengweimingxian,congerweihaidaojisuanjixitong。
(2)dianyuanxianjiwangluoxiandebushebuheli,yuanbenxuyaoshezhipingbijiediqueweishezhi,ruguofashengleiji,zewangxianjidianyuanxiandouhenrongyishoudaoganyingleidiandediancimaichong,shiqiyanzhewangluoxianlujidianyuanxianchuandaozhixitongdeshebeizhong,sunhuaishebei。

2 雷電波入侵控製係統的途徑分析
(1)直擊雷。所(suo)謂(wei)直(zhi)擊(ji)雷(lei)建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)中(zhong)的(de)露(lu)天(tian)設(she)備(bei)直(zhi)接(jie)遭(zao)受(shou)雷(lei)電(dian)的(de)電(dian)擊(ji),造(zao)成(cheng)損(sun)壞(huai)或(huo)者(zhe)雷(lei)電(dian)直(zhi)接(jie)擊(ji)中(zhong)了(le)架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)纜(lan),使(shi)得(de)線(xian)纜(lan)熔(rong)斷(duan)最(zui)終(zhong)導(dao)致(zhi)設(she)備(bei)損(sun)壞(huai),這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象(xiang)被(bei)稱(cheng)為(wei)直(zhi)擊(ji)雷(lei);落雷點在電源的高壓側,雷電會沿著供電線路直接侵入到計算機控製係統的供電電路中,從而產生過電流和過電壓,損壞供電係統的UPS電(dian)源(yuan),造(zao)成(cheng)斷(duan)電(dian),使(shi)整(zheng)個(ge)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)處(chu)於(yu)癱(tan)瘓(huan)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。雷(lei)擊(ji)電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)流(liu)經(jing)通(tong)信(xin)有(you)線(xian)線(xian)路(lu)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)巨(ju)大(da)的(de)機(ji)械(xie)能(neng),以(yi)及(ji)強(qiang)大(da)的(de)衝(chong)擊(ji)波(bo)和(he)高(gao)溫(wen),損(sun)壞(huai)通(tong)信(xin)線(xian)路(lu);而過電流及過電壓又經過通信電流的有線線路侵入至控製係統的內部,損壞設備的中斷器、電流轉換器等。
(2)雷電感應。靜jing電dian感gan應ying及ji電dian磁ci感gan應ying稱cheng為wei感gan應ying雷lei,也ye被bei稱cheng為wei二er次ci雷lei,盡jin管guan其qi破po壞huai性xing相xiang對dui直zhi擊ji雷lei來lai說shuo比bi較jiao小xiao,但dan是shi其qi發fa生sheng的de機ji率lv要yao遠yuan遠yuan超chao過guo直zhi擊ji雷lei。通tong常chang感gan應ying過guo電dian壓ya可ke以yi分fen為wei以yi下xia兩liang種zhong情qing況kuang。

如ru果guo雷lei電dian直zhi擊ji在zai避bi雷lei針zhen或huo避bi雷lei帶dai時shi,雷lei電dian流liu的de幅fu值zhi相xiang對dui較jiao大da,具ju有you較jiao高gao的de波bo頭tou陡dou度du,因yin此ci在zai雷lei電dian流liu通tong道dao附fu近jin就jiu會hui產chan生sheng一yi個ge較jiao強qiang的de瞬shun變bian磁ci場chang,該gai磁ci場chang的de作zuo用yong較jiao強qiang大da,其qi直zhi接jie作zuo用yong在zai網wang絡luo通tong信xin線xian路lu或huo者zhe電dian源yuan線xian中zhong可ke以yi感gan應ying出chu過guo電dian壓ya,侵qin入ru計ji算suan機ji控kong製zhi係xi統tong中zhong,設she備bei就jiu會hui受shou到dao損sun壞huai。如ru果guo雷lei電dian放fang電dian的de電dian流liu強qiang度du達da到dao一yi定ding程cheng度du,例li如ru30 kA的雷電流,那麼其可以影響到雷擊點1 km半徑範圍內的網絡係統,嚴重時可能導致係統設備損壞。
2)耦合及轉移過電壓。雷擊所引起的暫態高壓或者過電壓通常經過網絡線路的耦合或者轉移到計算機控製網絡設備中,損壞設備。
(3)雷南地電位抬高。雷電波侵入,如果計算機控製係統的電源線、進(jin)入(ru)控(kong)製(zhi)室(shi)的(de)金(jin)屬(shu)管(guan)線(xian)以(yi)及(ji)信(xin)號(hao)傳(chuan)輸(shu)線(xian)受(shou)到(dao)雷(lei)電(dian)感(gan)應(ying)或(huo)者(zhe)遭(zao)雷(lei)擊(ji)時(shi),雷(lei)電(dian)所(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)就(jiu)會(hui)經(jing)過(guo)這(zhe)些(xie)金(jin)屬(shu)導(dao)體(ti)直(zhi)接(jie)侵(qin)入(ru)設(she)備(bei),產(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)位(wei)差(cha)而(er)損(sun)壞(huai)設(she)備(bei),這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象(xiang)就(jiu)稱(cheng)其(qi)為(wei)雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)侵(qin)入(ru)。如(ru)果(guo)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)設(she)備(bei)的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)距(ju)離(li)不(bu)夠(gou),並(bing)且(qie)設(she)備(bei)和(he)避(bi)雷(lei)係(xi)統(tong)不(bu)共(gong)地(di),二(er)者(zhe)間(jian)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)極(ji)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),並(bing)且(qie)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)放(fang)電(dian)擊(ji)穿(chuan)事(shi)故(gu),雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)侵(qin)入(ru)會(hui)間(jian)接(jie)導(dao)致(zhi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)損(sun)壞(huai),甚(shen)至(zhi)危(wei)及(ji)到(dao)人(ren)身(shen)安(an)全(quan)。

(4)控製係統設備、網絡設備的抗幹擾能力分析。
由(you)於(yu)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)及(ji)相(xiang)關(guan)網(wang)絡(luo)設(she)備(bei)由(you)大(da)量(liang)大(da)規(gui)模(mo)集(ji)成(cheng)電(dian)路(lu)所(suo)組(zu)成(cheng),因(yin)此(ci)抗(kang)幹(gan)擾(rao)能(neng)力(li)相(xiang)對(dui)較(jiao)差(cha),盡(jin)管(guan)在(zai)進(jin)行(xing)係(xi)統(tong)設(she)計(ji)時(shi)已(yi)經(jing)采(cai)取(qu)了(le)很(hen)多(duo)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)抗(kang)幹(gan)擾(rao)措(cuo)施(shi),但(dan)是(shi)其(qi)隻(zhi)是(shi)對(dui)低(di)能(neng)量(liang)的(de)幹(gan)擾(rao)比(bi)較(jiao)有(you)效(xiao),對(dui)於(yu)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mai)衝(chong)以(yi)及(ji)雷(lei)電(dian)侵(qin)襲(xi)而(er)導(dao)致(zhi)的(de)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)及(ji)過(guo)電(dian)流(liu),其(qi)抵(di)抗(kang)能(neng)力(li)則(ze)薄(bo)弱(ruo),特(te)別(bie)是(shi)雷(lei)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mai)衝(chong)及(ji)浪(lang)湧(yong)等(deng)尤(you)其(qi)敏(min)感(gan),十(shi)幾(ji)伏(fu)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)就(jiu)有(you)可(ke)能(neng)經(jing)過(guo)數(shu)據(ju)傳(chuan)輸(shu)線(xian)路(lu)以(yi)及(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)路(lu)侵(qin)入(ru)到(dao)設(she)備(bei)內(nei)部(bu),損(sun)壞(huai)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)的(de)主(zhu)板(ban)、多功能卡、相關的網絡設備以及通信電流的中繼等。
實際情況中,雷擊對計算機控製係統的侵入和破壞往往是幾種方式的混合作用,比如從一處地電位升高經過水平接地引線向另一處傳遞;或者雷擊在大地時,雷電流經過地下的金屬管道向建築物內傳導;架空線受到感應後再向著建築物內傳導,從而傳遞至敏感設備造成設備損壞等。其具體的雷擊損壞計算機控製係統的途徑,如圖1所示。

4 雷擊防護措施
(1)防雷區的劃分。係統防雷中一個重要的概念即為防雷區的劃分,圖2為某公司防雷區劃分示意圖。
(2)防傳導侵入。leidiantongguochuandaojingguodianzuxingouhezuizhongqinrujisuanjikongzhixitongdezhuyaotujingyouliangzhong,jidianyuanxitongyijixinhaochuanshutongdao,yinciyaozhenduizheliangbufencaiquxiangyingdefanghucuoshi。
1)電源係統的防護。針對低壓電源係統所采取的防雷措施通常采用三級防護方案,即將電流逐層分流、降低殘留電壓以及對控製係統的用電設備加以保護。一般電源浪湧防護器主要有金屬氧化物避雷器、氣體放電間隙避雷器以及組合避雷器等。
2)信號係統的防護。引入或者引出機房的信號電纜需(xu)要(yao)穿(chuan)過(guo)金(jin)屬(shu)鋼(gang)管(guan),並(bing)保(bao)證(zheng)金(jin)屬(shu)鋼(gang)管(guan)接(jie)地(di)良(liang)好(hao),對(dui)信(xin)號(hao)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)線(xian)路(lu)可(ke)起(qi)到(dao)屏(ping)蔽(bi)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),以(yi)減(jian)少(shao)或(huo)者(zhe)防(fang)止(zhi)直(zhi)接(jie)雷(lei)擊(ji)以(yi)及(ji)感(gan)應(ying)雷(lei)擊(ji)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mai)衝(chong)。還(hai)可(ke)把(ba)線(xian)路(lu)進(jin)行(xing)埋(mai)地(di)敷(fu)設(she),同(tong)樣(yang)可(ke)進(jin)行(xing)防(fang)雷(lei)擊(ji)保(bao)護(hu)。此(ci)外(wai),在(zai)各(ge)種(zhong)信(xin)號(hao)線(xian)及(ji)網(wang)絡(luo)數(shu)據(ju)線(xian)進(jin)出(chu)機(ji)房(fang)時(shi),可(ke)以(yi)在(zai)設(she)備(bei)端(duan)安(an)裝(zhuang)SPD,按照實際的麵線長度,在信號線及數據線的一頭或兩頭安裝SPD。總之針對控製係統輸入及輸出信號采取相應的防護措施是必要的。
(3)電源及信號避雷器的安裝。在電源及信號係統中可以采取以下避雷措施:在UPS電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)前(qian)端(duan)設(she)置(zhi)單(dan)相(xiang)串(chuan)聯(lian)電(dian)源(yuan)浪(lang)湧(yong)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),在(zai)中(zhong)繼(ji)器(qi)通(tong)信(xin)線(xian)路(lu)和(he)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)主(zhu)機(ji)間(jian),設(she)置(zhi)數(shu)據(ju)信(xin)號(hao)電(dian)湧(yong)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),在(zai)電(dian)流(liu)信(xin)號(hao)轉(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)的(de)信(xin)號(hao)輸(shu)入(ru)端(duan)安(an)裝(zhuang)信(xin)號(hao)電(dian)湧(yong)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)。把(ba)中(zhong)繼(ji)器(qi)和(he)主(zhu)機(ji)的(de)通(tong)信(xin)線(xian)路(lu)換(huan)為(wei)光(guang)纖(xian),並(bing)將(jiang)其(qi)固(gu)定(ding)鋼(gang)索(suo)進(jin)行(xing)可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地(di)。而(er)監(jian)控(kong)室(shi)與(yu)其(qi)他(ta)受(shou)控(kong)單(dan)位(wei)間(jian)的(de)通(tong)信(xin)網(wang)絡(luo)線(xian),盡(jin)量(liang)敷(fu)設(she)金(jin)屬(shu)電(dian)纜(lan)。
(4)等電位保護。電子設備的機櫃機架、金屬外殼、金屬管槽、屏蔽線纜外層、信息設備的防靜電接地端、安全保護接地端、浪湧保護接地端等,在同等電位連接網絡的接地端子相連接時,均需采用最短的距離。控製係統的等電位連接,通常分為“S型星型結構”以及“M型網狀結構兩種”,其中在控製係統中設備較少或者進行局部控製時通常采用S型星型結構,而在相對較大的控製係統中則采用M型的網狀結構。等電位連接的基本方式如圖3所示。

2 雷電波入侵控製係統的途徑分析
(1)直擊雷。所(suo)謂(wei)直(zhi)擊(ji)雷(lei)建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)中(zhong)的(de)露(lu)天(tian)設(she)備(bei)直(zhi)接(jie)遭(zao)受(shou)雷(lei)電(dian)的(de)電(dian)擊(ji),造(zao)成(cheng)損(sun)壞(huai)或(huo)者(zhe)雷(lei)電(dian)直(zhi)接(jie)擊(ji)中(zhong)了(le)架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)纜(lan),使(shi)得(de)線(xian)纜(lan)熔(rong)斷(duan)最(zui)終(zhong)導(dao)致(zhi)設(she)備(bei)損(sun)壞(huai),這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象(xiang)被(bei)稱(cheng)為(wei)直(zhi)擊(ji)雷(lei);落雷點在電源的高壓側,雷電會沿著供電線路直接侵入到計算機控製係統的供電電路中,從而產生過電流和過電壓,損壞供電係統的UPS電(dian)源(yuan),造(zao)成(cheng)斷(duan)電(dian),使(shi)整(zheng)個(ge)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)處(chu)於(yu)癱(tan)瘓(huan)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。雷(lei)擊(ji)電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)流(liu)經(jing)通(tong)信(xin)有(you)線(xian)線(xian)路(lu)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)巨(ju)大(da)的(de)機(ji)械(xie)能(neng),以(yi)及(ji)強(qiang)大(da)的(de)衝(chong)擊(ji)波(bo)和(he)高(gao)溫(wen),損(sun)壞(huai)通(tong)信(xin)線(xian)路(lu);而過電流及過電壓又經過通信電流的有線線路侵入至控製係統的內部,損壞設備的中斷器、電流轉換器等。
(2)雷電感應。靜jing電dian感gan應ying及ji電dian磁ci感gan應ying稱cheng為wei感gan應ying雷lei,也ye被bei稱cheng為wei二er次ci雷lei,盡jin管guan其qi破po壞huai性xing相xiang對dui直zhi擊ji雷lei來lai說shuo比bi較jiao小xiao,但dan是shi其qi發fa生sheng的de機ji率lv要yao遠yuan遠yuan超chao過guo直zhi擊ji雷lei。通tong常chang感gan應ying過guo電dian壓ya可ke以yi分fen為wei以yi下xia兩liang種zhong情qing況kuang。

2)耦合及轉移過電壓。雷擊所引起的暫態高壓或者過電壓通常經過網絡線路的耦合或者轉移到計算機控製網絡設備中,損壞設備。
(3)雷南地電位抬高。雷電波侵入,如果計算機控製係統的電源線、進(jin)入(ru)控(kong)製(zhi)室(shi)的(de)金(jin)屬(shu)管(guan)線(xian)以(yi)及(ji)信(xin)號(hao)傳(chuan)輸(shu)線(xian)受(shou)到(dao)雷(lei)電(dian)感(gan)應(ying)或(huo)者(zhe)遭(zao)雷(lei)擊(ji)時(shi),雷(lei)電(dian)所(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)就(jiu)會(hui)經(jing)過(guo)這(zhe)些(xie)金(jin)屬(shu)導(dao)體(ti)直(zhi)接(jie)侵(qin)入(ru)設(she)備(bei),產(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)位(wei)差(cha)而(er)損(sun)壞(huai)設(she)備(bei),這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象(xiang)就(jiu)稱(cheng)其(qi)為(wei)雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)侵(qin)入(ru)。如(ru)果(guo)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)設(she)備(bei)的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)距(ju)離(li)不(bu)夠(gou),並(bing)且(qie)設(she)備(bei)和(he)避(bi)雷(lei)係(xi)統(tong)不(bu)共(gong)地(di),二(er)者(zhe)間(jian)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)極(ji)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),並(bing)且(qie)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)放(fang)電(dian)擊(ji)穿(chuan)事(shi)故(gu),雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)侵(qin)入(ru)會(hui)間(jian)接(jie)導(dao)致(zhi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)損(sun)壞(huai),甚(shen)至(zhi)危(wei)及(ji)到(dao)人(ren)身(shen)安(an)全(quan)。

(4)控製係統設備、網絡設備的抗幹擾能力分析。
由(you)於(yu)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)及(ji)相(xiang)關(guan)網(wang)絡(luo)設(she)備(bei)由(you)大(da)量(liang)大(da)規(gui)模(mo)集(ji)成(cheng)電(dian)路(lu)所(suo)組(zu)成(cheng),因(yin)此(ci)抗(kang)幹(gan)擾(rao)能(neng)力(li)相(xiang)對(dui)較(jiao)差(cha),盡(jin)管(guan)在(zai)進(jin)行(xing)係(xi)統(tong)設(she)計(ji)時(shi)已(yi)經(jing)采(cai)取(qu)了(le)很(hen)多(duo)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)抗(kang)幹(gan)擾(rao)措(cuo)施(shi),但(dan)是(shi)其(qi)隻(zhi)是(shi)對(dui)低(di)能(neng)量(liang)的(de)幹(gan)擾(rao)比(bi)較(jiao)有(you)效(xiao),對(dui)於(yu)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mai)衝(chong)以(yi)及(ji)雷(lei)電(dian)侵(qin)襲(xi)而(er)導(dao)致(zhi)的(de)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)及(ji)過(guo)電(dian)流(liu),其(qi)抵(di)抗(kang)能(neng)力(li)則(ze)薄(bo)弱(ruo),特(te)別(bie)是(shi)雷(lei)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mai)衝(chong)及(ji)浪(lang)湧(yong)等(deng)尤(you)其(qi)敏(min)感(gan),十(shi)幾(ji)伏(fu)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)就(jiu)有(you)可(ke)能(neng)經(jing)過(guo)數(shu)據(ju)傳(chuan)輸(shu)線(xian)路(lu)以(yi)及(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)路(lu)侵(qin)入(ru)到(dao)設(she)備(bei)內(nei)部(bu),損(sun)壞(huai)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)的(de)主(zhu)板(ban)、多功能卡、相關的網絡設備以及通信電流的中繼等。
實際情況中,雷擊對計算機控製係統的侵入和破壞往往是幾種方式的混合作用,比如從一處地電位升高經過水平接地引線向另一處傳遞;或者雷擊在大地時,雷電流經過地下的金屬管道向建築物內傳導;架空線受到感應後再向著建築物內傳導,從而傳遞至敏感設備造成設備損壞等。其具體的雷擊損壞計算機控製係統的途徑,如圖1所示。

4 雷擊防護措施
(1)防雷區的劃分。係統防雷中一個重要的概念即為防雷區的劃分,圖2為某公司防雷區劃分示意圖。

(2)防傳導侵入。leidiantongguochuandaojingguodianzuxingouhezuizhongqinrujisuanjikongzhixitongdezhuyaotujingyouliangzhong,jidianyuanxitongyijixinhaochuanshutongdao,yinciyaozhenduizheliangbufencaiquxiangyingdefanghucuoshi。
1)電源係統的防護。針對低壓電源係統所采取的防雷措施通常采用三級防護方案,即將電流逐層分流、降低殘留電壓以及對控製係統的用電設備加以保護。一般電源浪湧防護器主要有金屬氧化物避雷器、氣體放電間隙避雷器以及組合避雷器等。
2)信號係統的防護。引入或者引出機房的信號電纜需(xu)要(yao)穿(chuan)過(guo)金(jin)屬(shu)鋼(gang)管(guan),並(bing)保(bao)證(zheng)金(jin)屬(shu)鋼(gang)管(guan)接(jie)地(di)良(liang)好(hao),對(dui)信(xin)號(hao)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)線(xian)路(lu)可(ke)起(qi)到(dao)屏(ping)蔽(bi)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),以(yi)減(jian)少(shao)或(huo)者(zhe)防(fang)止(zhi)直(zhi)接(jie)雷(lei)擊(ji)以(yi)及(ji)感(gan)應(ying)雷(lei)擊(ji)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mai)衝(chong)。還(hai)可(ke)把(ba)線(xian)路(lu)進(jin)行(xing)埋(mai)地(di)敷(fu)設(she),同(tong)樣(yang)可(ke)進(jin)行(xing)防(fang)雷(lei)擊(ji)保(bao)護(hu)。此(ci)外(wai),在(zai)各(ge)種(zhong)信(xin)號(hao)線(xian)及(ji)網(wang)絡(luo)數(shu)據(ju)線(xian)進(jin)出(chu)機(ji)房(fang)時(shi),可(ke)以(yi)在(zai)設(she)備(bei)端(duan)安(an)裝(zhuang)SPD,按照實際的麵線長度,在信號線及數據線的一頭或兩頭安裝SPD。總之針對控製係統輸入及輸出信號采取相應的防護措施是必要的。
(3)電源及信號避雷器的安裝。在電源及信號係統中可以采取以下避雷措施:在UPS電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)前(qian)端(duan)設(she)置(zhi)單(dan)相(xiang)串(chuan)聯(lian)電(dian)源(yuan)浪(lang)湧(yong)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),在(zai)中(zhong)繼(ji)器(qi)通(tong)信(xin)線(xian)路(lu)和(he)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)主(zhu)機(ji)間(jian),設(she)置(zhi)數(shu)據(ju)信(xin)號(hao)電(dian)湧(yong)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),在(zai)電(dian)流(liu)信(xin)號(hao)轉(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)的(de)信(xin)號(hao)輸(shu)入(ru)端(duan)安(an)裝(zhuang)信(xin)號(hao)電(dian)湧(yong)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)。把(ba)中(zhong)繼(ji)器(qi)和(he)主(zhu)機(ji)的(de)通(tong)信(xin)線(xian)路(lu)換(huan)為(wei)光(guang)纖(xian),並(bing)將(jiang)其(qi)固(gu)定(ding)鋼(gang)索(suo)進(jin)行(xing)可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地(di)。而(er)監(jian)控(kong)室(shi)與(yu)其(qi)他(ta)受(shou)控(kong)單(dan)位(wei)間(jian)的(de)通(tong)信(xin)網(wang)絡(luo)線(xian),盡(jin)量(liang)敷(fu)設(she)金(jin)屬(shu)電(dian)纜(lan)。
(4)等電位保護。電子設備的機櫃機架、金屬外殼、金屬管槽、屏蔽線纜外層、信息設備的防靜電接地端、安全保護接地端、浪湧保護接地端等,在同等電位連接網絡的接地端子相連接時,均需采用最短的距離。控製係統的等電位連接,通常分為“S型星型結構”以及“M型網狀結構兩種”,其中在控製係統中設備較少或者進行局部控製時通常采用S型星型結構,而在相對較大的控製係統中則采用M型的網狀結構。等電位連接的基本方式如圖3所示。

計算機控製係統的防雷措施有多種,在實際應用中要注意:室shi外wai的de網wang絡luo布bu線xian盡jin可ke能neng采cai用yong光guang纖xian通tong信xin介jie質zhi,假jia如ru采cai用yong電dian纜lan則ze要yao避bi免mian架jia空kong走zou線xian,應ying采cai取qu地di埋mai式shi敷fu設she電dian纜lan。而er信xin息xi中zhong心xin是shi整zheng個ge控kong製zhi係xi統tong的de關guan鍵jian部bu分fen,其qi選xuan位wei要yao充chong分fen考kao慮lv防fang雷lei安an全quan,通tong常chang可ke以yi選xuan擇ze建jian築zhu物wu的de邊bian角jiao或huo者zhe頂ding部bu位wei置zhi。此ci外wai,防fang雷lei係xi統tong的de施shi工gong設she計ji具ju有you專zhuan業ye性xing,所suo以yi在zai實shi際ji設she計ji施shi工gong過guo程cheng中zhong,需xu要yao建jian立li相xiang應ying的de審shen核he機ji製zhi。
